Setting Up Email Notifications for Form Submissions

Never miss a lead or a message from your visitors. You can configure Grigora to automatically send an email notification to one or multiple recipients whenever a form is submitted on your website.


Step 1: Access Website Integrations

  1. Log in to your Grigora Dashboard.

  2. Select the website you want to manage.

  3. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Settings.

  4. Then select Integrations.

Step 2: Configure Notification Emails

  1. Scroll down through the Integrations page until you find the Email Notifications section.

  2. In the input field, enter the email address(es) where you want to receive the notifications.

  3. Note: If you want to send notifications to multiple people, separate the email addresses with a comma.

Step 3: Save Your Settings

  1. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.


What’s Included in the Notification?

Each notification email is automatically generated to include:

  • Form Data: A complete list of all the fields the user filled out (e.g., Name, Email, Message).

  • Timestamp: The date and time the submission occurred.

  • Form Name: The specific name of the form used (useful if you have multiple forms on different pages).

Pro Tip: To ensure these notifications reach your inbox consistently, we recommend setting up your custom SMTP domain in the White Label settings if you are using that feature.
