Professional Email Limits and Features

To ensure optimal performance, maintain high deliverability, and protect our systems from spam, we set specific limits on our professional email service. These limits are designed to accommodate high-volume business communication while keeping your mailbox safe.

Note: Your email storage is completely independent from your Grigora Website storage. Using email storage will not count against your website’s disk space limits.


Storage and Total Volume

  • Storage Limit: 30GB of dedicated mailbox storage.

  • Total Email Capacity: Up to 500,000 total emails stored.

Daily Sending Limits

Your daily limit is based on the age of your domain within our system. Limits increase automatically as your account matures:

Note on the "Bucket" System: This operates on a sliding 24-hour window. As you use your quota, capacity "refills" exactly 24 hours after each individual email is sent.

Message Constraints

  • Recipients per Message: Max 50 recipients per single email sent.

  • Max Subject Length: 255 characters.

Attachment and Message Size

  • Max Attachment Size: 40MB per outgoing email.

  • Max Inbound Email Size: 100MB per incoming email.

Organization and Productivity

  • Email Forwarders: Up to 10 forwarders per email account.

  • Email Aliases: Up to 10 aliases per email account.

  • AI Credits: Unlimited use of AI features within your email plan.

Security and Protection

We provide enterprise-grade security to keep your inbox clean and secure:

  • Advanced Spam Protection: Powered and trained by rspamd.

  • Antivirus Protection: Integrated ClamAV (included within the rspamd filtering system).
